The American Association of Blacks in Higher Education (AABHE) invites you to participate in the annual Leadership and Mentoring Institute. The Leadership and Mentoring Institute will be held July 2021.

The purpose of the Leadership and Mentoring Institute (LMI) is to support African-Americans who want to acquire information and skills to prepare them for senior administrative and faculty ranks. The Institute has distinct, parallel tracks to accommodate the needs of professionals interested in administration and teaching/research.

Apply to the LMI if you are currently a mid-level/senior administrative, a faculty member in a tenure-line position seeking promotion and tenure, or a faculty member interested in transitioning into an administrative position. If you have already achieved senior level status, consider nominating someone at your institution who could benefit from this experience.
