Ms. Margo Foreman

Margo R. Foreman is the Vice President and Chief Officer of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Clark University. She directs or supports Clark’s wide-ranging programs and initiatives in support of diversity, equity, and inclusion, and provides guidance for institutional priorities and strategic planning to strengthen the University’s community, culture, and climate. Additionally, she partners with faculty, staff, and administrators to develop programming, expand community dialogue, enhance training, and advise on curriculum development. Ms. Foreman also co-chairs the University Diversity Action Council.

Ms. Foreman is an active member of the American Association of Blacks in Higher Education and is a 2012 alumna of the association’s Leadership and Mentoring Institute. In 2021, the American Association for Access, Equity, and Diversity (AAAED) presented her with the 2021 President’s Award for Excellence and Service for outstanding leadership, commitment, and impact.

Currently, Ms. Foreman is working on her doctorate in education leadership at the American College of Education. She earned her master in public health degree from Indiana University and her bachelor of science degree in social behavior science from IUPUI. Ms. Foreman is a 2012 alumna of the Leadership and Mentoring Institute.
